Brian Ward, Director - A seasoned Search Professional, Brian brings twelve years of experience in Medical Industry Staffing to Mattson Resources, in contingency search and contract staffing for professionals in the fields of Healthcare, including Elder Care Management, Surgery Centers, Nursing and Physicians. Searches have been conducted for various niche markets nationally.

Brian started in the staffing industry, recruiting for a national medical recruiting firm. Brian's motto is simple: "Say what you can do; Do what you can do, and never say or do anything you can't do," which has gained him many loyal client and candidate relationships.

Brian resides in the city of Long Beach with his wife and two children.

Solutions

David Donaldson, Senior Vice President, Solutions - Currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources Solutions, Dave is responsible for the day-to-day large scale issues, identification and solutions nationally. Additionally, he has United States sales responsibility for a start-up solutions business, which encompasses the complex human resources matters and process re-engineering offerings. His major areas of focus are Recruitment Processes and Payrolling to drive large cost from the contingent labor model.

Prior to joining Mattson, he consulted and delivered major project opportunities for the Professional Services Division of CPI; a specialist in re-engineering human resources processes and training of staff in Healthcare, Fortune 500 and Government Accounts. Before CPI, he was the Senior Vice President of Solutions for Headway Corporate Resources, a Global 50 Staffing Company. Mr. Donaldson was also the Executive Vice President of North American Human Resource Solutions for the E-Resourcing Division of Monster.com. At Monster he designed and built new human resources recruitment process models for businesses large and small, utilizing the new paradigm of the Monster.com data bases and the resume portal. Dave has his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
