Computer Training

Mattson Resources offers ProveIt computer training and testing on-site and over the web.

Holiday Pay

For every 1,040 hours consecutively accrued, you will be eligible for paid Holidays as long as you have worked the day before and the day after the holiday when the client company is open for business. You can be eligible for up to six (6) holidays throughout the year. These holidays include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Medical Coverage

Effective January 1, 2015, you will be eligible to enroll in a health insurance plan once you have met the following criteria, 60 day waiting period from your start date in 2015, and continue working thereafter, you have worked an average of 30 hours per week.

Mattson Resources will monitor the eligibility criteria mentioned above. Once you become eligible, Mattson Resources will send you an enrollment packet with all important information for your election of medical benefits at your preference.

Please note: If you start work in 1/15/2022 and work continuously an average of 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to enroll on 3/15/2022 and your insurance will be effective at the beginning of the following month (4/1/2022) Your premium contribution will be deducted from your first April paycheck date 4/2/2022 on a weekly basis.
