Ms. Weiner provides executive leadership and corporate governance to?Mattson Resources.? Her focus is on driving sales growth and outstanding service delivery. Ms. Weiner began her career as an HR recruiter for a large restaurant and real estate corporation, and later entered the staffing industry where she held progressively senior roles with one of the country’s largest general staffing firms. Her tenure of 17 years with that firm culminated with her serving as the Vice President of Operations for its largest business unit, based in NYC. She worked with some of NYC’s largest organizations, including Fortune 500 members, law firms, non-profits, and universities.? Ms. Weiner is the current Board President of The Apostles’ House, a non-profit provider of various social services to the disadvantaged community within Newark.? Previously, Ms. Weiner?served as a committee member of the Women Presidents’ Educational Organization and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.? She holds a CTS (Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist) certification.
Jamie is responsible for?strategic direction at Mattson Resources.?He?is currently a principal and the?President and COO of Haley Stuart Group, a professional staffing and executive search firm based in New Jersey. Jamie formerly served as EVP and COO of Headway Corporate Resources, a national, publicly held staffing service. Jamie earned his BA from the University of Rochester and his MBA in Operations and Finance from that university’s Simon Graduate School of Business Administration. A board member of NAPS and the NJSA, Jamie holds the NAPS CPC, CTS and CERS credentials.
Sean Goulding

Sean has over 8 years’ experience with Mattson Resources and over 20 years in executive search, technical recruiting, and staffing. With a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a concentration in Human Resources as well as 16 years agency experience and 4 years corporate in staffing – Sean and his team can assist in all areas of search for your hiring needs. In agency search, Sean has led teams and recruiting services for Engineering, Sciences, IT, Skilled Labor, Operations, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence and more for Medical Device, Pharma, Aerospace, Automotive, Distribution, Transportation, IT Services, Software, Food & Beverage, Retail, and Consumer Products. In 2021 Sean oversaw Mattson Resources expansion and opening of a satellite office in Corona, CA.

Everett Birdsall
Vice President of Technology & Internal Operations
Everett Birdsall is a technology specialist in and outside of the staffing arena. Everett specializes in identifying technical challenges, working with others to identify improvements that could be implemented, and doing what it takes to get a project completed. What makes Everett unique is his ability to look at any task and think outside of the box. A big fan of empowering people, Everett always displays how he helps people with issues that they turn to him for. Everett continues to further his knowledge of technology and the staffing arena by, attending conferences, reading, and following tends, completing online courses, and of course listing to those around him. Enjoying the outdoors, Everett and his family go camping, biking, and work on home improvements together.
